The Incredibles (2004)
Still enjoyed the idea behind the movie, while the movie itself felt oddly paced and … as we witness today, the celebration of the extraordinary isn't a very good idea, as well as keeping everyone on a certain level. I dunno.
I was bummed out by the animation. It's been at least 15 years since i last saw this movie, and back then, i was floored by how far Pixar pushed their craft. Today, it looks like an expensive Pre Viz — except the lava wall, that holds up amazingly well. But it's a testament to the movies other qualities, that the kid enjoyed it from beginning to end.
